Q&A: Location

We are located on nearly forty acres of private property in the beautiful countryside of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.  We are three (3) miles or five (5) minutes from the center of town--away from all the traffic and unbelievable amount of noise.  We have a car every 2 hours travel in front of our property--virtually no traffic and very quiet.

It is NOT possible to come to Berkeley Springs and simply locate our property without having our traveling instructions emailed to you (This is done at the time you make your reservation).  We will not send out traveling instructions to anyone else because will do not allow on-site tours of our property. 

We do NOT have a physical address and we are NOT located within any of the offline and/or online locator packages.  Our traveling instructions are very, very detailed and with them it is very easy to locate us.  Once you arrive on our property it is easy to come and go to and from the center of town where most of the shops are opened daily 10am to 5pm.

Our property is located on a paved, county road and is surrounded by residential properties.  Although, we are a commercial enterprise, we are very low-keyed and blend very into the surrounding countryside.  Two creeks, a duck pond and many acres of grass surround our beautiful estate/inn.  Flower gardens abound seasonally and we also have raised vegetable garden beds near our in-ground pool where spring/summer vegetables/herbs are grown for the lovely, candlelit evening meal served in our beautiful dining--private table for two--always!
